Evidently, Sue Bradford thinks that an 87.6% ”NO” majority in the smacking referendum is not a conclusive result. There is a follow up article in the Herald on Sunday about Unitec lecturer Pauline Bishop’s comments that time-out and sending children to the “naughty step” are unprofessional teaching tactics in preschools.
