Once again WINZ achieves the unbelievable. The HOS reports that they paid the towing and storage charges for a woman who was caught driving while her licence was suspended. That is stupid on so many levels that I find it hard to know where to start. I know that WINZ do occasionally loan taxpayer money to pay fines. [...]
