REALLY Big Toys
I see they’ve finally got the Large Hadron Collider to work at last. And the universe did not disappear into a giant black hole. Kind of a pity, really. I was looking forward to the shorter drive to work.
Apparently, the Collider is going to unlock the “secrets of the universe”. Of course, we know that it is all just an excuse to play with cool machinery and smash the hell out of a few defenseless protons. Sort of like a really expensive night playing the pokies…
There is no need to unlock the secret of the universe. We already know what it is.
Pizza.
Oh, and maybe beer…
Yeah, Beer and Pizza are the secrets of the universe, that’s the one…
Now wasn’t that easier than trying to murder a proton? Tastier too…
