That is how the game is played. Review the systems, make recommendations and suggest guidelines. There exists no word in the bureaucratic vocabulary that will allow for blame or accountability. Nor does there exist the notion that an individual could be responsible for anything they do. The whole review and reccomendation process is designed to hide from reality and to obfuscate at all costs. Actually doing something and solving a problem or allocating accountability/responsibility would mean these creatures would not be paid to waste time in the future. Any one suggesting system reviews and writing guidelines is an oxygen thief. Mac D

When they told the whole story initially, it seemed that Labtests hadn't really done much wrong in the great scheme, but then they got into detailed bashing and managed to find some blame.
