Zen Tiger at NZ Conservative notes the juxtaposition of Wellington’s power cut this morning and Obama’s inauguration and postulates a Reign of Darkness is beginning. This is NOT TRUE.

It is much more serious than that.

The Chinese, who bought Wellington’s “non-strategic” power lines last year, have secretly been substituting all the maintenance parts with substandard chinese knock-offs. The blackout this morning was just an experiment to find the new loading strain of the shoddy lines and power couplings, prior to producing power cuts anywhere, anytime. This is part of a clever plan to take over New Zealand’s infrastructure cheaply.

Rolling power cuts will interrupt business repeatedly, making it impossible to make a profit, due to lost sales. This will lower the value of most businesses,  allowing them to be sold off at cut-rate prices. With a stranglehold on essential infrastructure established, they can cripple any industry that refuses to sell a controlling interest. Eventually, all of New Zealand will be Chinese-owned.

Once all of New Zealand is under Chinese control, they will rapaciously strip every available asset from New Zealand – our industries, our agriculture, our water, our soil – leaving a dry, empty husk of volcanic rock and confused Kiwis. 

The Australians will then buy the remains and use New Zealand as a giant prison to which they will deport all their worst criminals – including mimes and jaywalkers.

BUT THAT”S NOT THE SCARIEST BIT!

The scariest bit is that some of you actually believed this.
