All newspapers, TV channels and blogs will be full of reviews of the last year and predictions for the coming one. As if we can’t remember that which is worth remembering from less than a year ago. Here in Godzone, it is even easier because there are only three things worth remembering from last year – in order of importance.

- Labour out, National in.
There you go. Now you can turn off the telly, throw away the newspapers, forget blogging and go and do all those new year’s resolutions you made in a fit of madness last night.
